NPC-TV is an independent, 501 (c)3 non-profit corporation.
Norway Paris Community TV INC., which provides Public Educational and Government (PEG) Access services to our local communities, is funded by the franchise fees collected by the towns of Norway and Paris from the cable company per our local franchise agreements.

Our mission is to strengthen the fabric of community life by providing communication tools, training and opportunities for individuals, nonprofit groups, governments and educational institutions. The Station’s Management will strive to encourage and facilitate the fullest possible participation in the production and distribution of quality television programming by and for the Norway and Paris communities.
